The Beta Lankal System is a system located in the Mempa Sector of the Beta Quadrant.
System Description
Beta Lankal is a Class F star with a magnitude of +5. It is most notable for its use as a gathering spot for Klingon forces loyal to Gowron during the Klingon Civil War in 2368. After Gowron's fleet suffered a major defeat at the hands of the House of Duras, the survivors fell back to Beta Lankal to regroup. Gowron's second offensive, after the House of Duras had been abandoned by their Romulan allies, was a complete victory.
Missions Involved
- “Beta Lankal System Patrol”: The player must obtain several ancient artifacts, and prevent them from falling into the hands of the Tholians.
- “To Hell With Honor”: Alliance forces must destroy House Mo'Kai ships being refit on a moon in Beta Lankal.

Notes
- Relocated with release of Season Ten: The Iconian War on April 21, 2015 from Nimbus Sector to Mempa Sector.
- It is stated that the artifacts came from a civilization destroyed 200,000 years ago by orbital bombardment. This could be a reference to the Iconians.
